Reservations are available for all villas, hotels and resorts. You will be contacted shortly after you create a reservation and submit your request.

The total rate, including additional charges and taxes appears on the “Reservation Summary”. Rates displayed do not include charges for special requests.

Payment and Cancellation
In some cases, a deposit will be charged prior to your arrival at the villa. Guarantee policies vary by hotel. If the villa where you are staying requires a credit card deposit, your credit card will be charged as soon as the villa can process it.
Yes, a credit card is required in order to guarantee reservations made online.

A credit card is required for all reservations made via villabookingkalkan.com For your protection, the reservation processing is handled on a secured server that encrypts your credit card information. A payment link will be sent to you in our secure payment system and transactions are made with 3D secure.
Additional Questions
Early check-in or check-out requests are accepted as long as space is available. If the villa you are visiting is full, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Early check-in and late check-out requests may be charged extra.
